If like me you want to carry on with some exercise while away from home but can never find a good quality fitness centre, well in Hurghada your search is over. Star Gym opened their doors late April 2011 and it is an amazing fitness centre that would rival your gym back home.

Not only do they have a state of the art weights and cardio suite, they also have an Aerobics studio where they offer a variety of common Aerobic classes and ladies only classes, including the very popular spinning classes.

There staff are all trained fitness instructors with previous experience in the likes of Fitness First and Golds Gym, they are on hand to help you get the best from this fantastic fitness complex and offer Personal Training Sessions with private one-on-one 60 minute sessions available. They can also advise on Nutrition with tailored menu’s to work alongside the fitness program’s to help you achieve your goals.

Not only can you improve your fitness you also have free use of three outdoor swimming pools where you can also improve your tan, they also have an indoor SPA area with a Sauna, Steam Room and Luxury Jaccuzi.

There are changing facilities with lockers and showers, plus a members lounge where you can get refreshments and use the free WiFi.
