We have been selling property in Egypt for four years now and have become one of the most experienced European Property Agent selling in Egypt. We make sure we visit Egypt on a regular basis, keeping up to date with the latest legislations, property developments, the local news etc…

Over the past two years we have been helping over 200 buyers in Egypt to secure their apartments in Hurghada. When problems began to arise with a development in Egypt, the vast majority of agents left their clients to fend for themselves. We have taken these buyers ‘under our wing’ and are currently in the process of resolving the situation and securing the apartments of those involved.

We are in constant contact with a large law firm in Cairo who are in turn in contact with the Egyptian Goverment. We have been approached by the Government in Egypt about future regulation of the Egyptian Real Estate Industry. Our work in Egypt has led us to be awarded the 2010 AIPP Award for Most Outstanding Customer Service.
